Strip for chicks on comics exhibition.

Hey y'all! This is a strip that I made for Chicks on Comics, a website for lady comic artists. They're having an exhibition in a Feminist gallery in Berlin next month, and I was asked to submit a piece. The theme is spring/feminism, so the strip is about my recent break up and feeling better at the start of spring. (Cheesy yet true).

Making coloured comics is really challenging, because it's difficult to keep a consistency and not make the image overbearing. I happy with how this went, I shall try this more.

Here is some of the drawings I've been doing in my personal sketchbook, as you can probably see the paper can't deal with water colour, because it's thin and lame. But I still really like these drawings. At the moment I'm continuing to play with colour and line a lot.
